The hotel is amazing! I must say I work in a hotel in israel and it is my pleasure to travel and so happy I picked crown plaza hotel ☆☆☆☆☆ The staff was very helpful & nice!!! Michael from breakfast, Michael from the reception & julia at the check in was so nice! The concierge was also very patient and helpful. The cleaning in the room's, elevator, breakfast area and overall is very high quality! Breakfast had so many options & was full all the time! Refreshing buffet all the time! Elevator info is amazing, Dog's drinking corner is so sweetttt! ♡♡♡ Its 10, if i could i would upgrade to 100% review. Perfect!!!!!

Brand new hotel, very clean both at the common spaces and in the room. Live piano music at the lobby makes you feel like you are in a very luxurious place. The stuff was friendly and very nice, they even managed to check in us early and check out later. A very small cute thing to mention is that even though the rooms weren’t equipped with a coffee machine, the hotel provided a filter coffee set with the coffee from a local Polish producer… was quite a good discovery. The breakfast was abundant and super tasty, kudos for a full menu with vegan options !!! Overall, outstanding stay :)

I never write reviews but I felt that on this occasion I should . It's not really the hotel itself that made out experience amazing, but the reception staff, especially Marcin.. I have travelled around the world in many countries and stayed in many 5 star hotels but I have never received sucn an outstanding customer service from the reception staff. This was our first time visiting Warsaw and Marcin made our stay extremely special. He even helped us get train tickets for a day trip to Warsaw. Amenities , location and food amazing as well. Great coffee and drinks in the lobby.

This hotel feels brand new and we loved everything about this it! Really nice design, we stayed at the 18th floor which was really great for the views and had an amazing breakfast every morning. We used the gym which is really well equipped, and had a drink at the rooftop which was really pleasant. The hotel is not central but walkable to every touristic attraction. Our return flight was cancelled last minute and we had no hesitation in booking for another night. The overall experience was just magnificent!
